'Kamilya Jubran (voice and oud), Sarah Murcia (double bass), After several collaborations over the years, Palestinian singer/oud player Kamilya Jubran and French bass player Sarah Murcia join their multifaceted talents in a new project entitled 'Nhaoul' ('Loom' in Arabic)., A subtle dialogue between strings and poetry, leading to a common discourse, ideally suited to Kamilya's moving voice. Sarah is familiar with the quarter tones in oriental music while Kamilya is totally at home with the most complex rhythmical structures.
